Born out of a passion for free-from baking and healthy eating, Ellie couldn't find any nutritious free-from baked treats that tasted amazing and weren't packed full of sugar. So she decided to create her own.
She believes that our favourite foods can still be enjoyed but using natural wholefoods to make them, and cutting out the bad stuff: the refined sugars, salt, saturated fats, processed ingredients, preservatives, emulsifiers and oils.
We go by the saying, 'don't eat anything you can't pronounce, except quinoa!'
Free-from food products are often packed with so much rubbish that they offer no nutritional value whatsoever. Which is why we offer a healthier alternative, but with absolutely no compromise on indulgence and deliciousness. With our products we want to prove healthy food is anything but boring, bland, unappetising and restricting.
We also try to have as little impact on the environment as possible by using biodegradable plastic-free materials to package our products. We care about our health as well as the health of our planet.
